Welcome to the PGA TOUR | Capan, Vilips & Pak Secure 2025 TOUR Cards
Every fall one of golf’s most underrated moments takes place. 30 players rise above perhaps the most competitive pools of golf talent to earn their PGA TOUR card for the following season. If you’re looking for what golf means to the best players in the world, look no further than what took place on Sunday in French Lick, Indiana.
Team TaylorMade’s Frankie Capan, Karl Vilips and John Pak were amongst the 30 players to earn their PGA TOUR card for 2025. Our TaylorMade Tour Representatives have been working with all three players since their days in junior golf in support of their journey to this moment.
Right after they completed the biggest accomplishment of their golf careers to date, we reached out asking each of them to describe what the moment mean. These were their answers:
KARL VILIPS
“The journey has been crazy since day one. You always dream of getting to the PGA TOUR, but need to make a choice at some point if you’re ready to dedicate most of your time to doing it. Once we made that decision, it was all systems go. My Dad has been the driving factor especially through my early success with creating the YouTube channel. Getting the exposure I needed I was able to get my name out there which gave me the opportunity to thrive in the U.S. junior and college systems. To become a member on the PGA tour is a result of the hard work as a team and resilience to battle through way more lows than highs.”

FRANKIE CAPAN III
“Any profession lends itself to ups and downs along the journey. My path to the PGA TOUR is similar to others in that sense, but has been realized through constant pursuit of excellence and high standards I try to set for myself and those on my team. I believe one of the best things to ever happen to me was fail at making it to the PGA TOUR last year and spend another year on the Korn Ferry Tour. The result of last season created a burning hunger to be the best I can possibly be at the sport I love. No matter what tour I play on or for however long I pick up a club.”
